Returns or Exchanges Policy
Buyers are strongly advised to check the ordered item at the time of delivery to avoid any possible dispute. All products before delivery we have checked for quality and quantity accuracy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund within 24 hours. For any request from the purchase date/time unfortunately we will not able to offer you a refund or exchange.

- The said Products is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expired date
- The said Products is wrong deliver
- The said Products is not delivered
In the event of a return, a delivery fee will be charged if the new total purchase value (new order value) fall below currently offer policy.
There are certain situations where a refund will not be granted:
- We will not accept any return item not in its original condition, is damages or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- We will not accept any report for more than 24 hours from the date and time of our invoice issued.
- We also do not accept products that do not have our safety seal or packing.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification via WhatsApp or email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com further instruction.
To return your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instruction.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We reserve the rights to make amendments to this Exchange/Refund Policy without prior notice.
